A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from SDV Tours & Travels. Verbal commitments do not constitute a booking.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary due to changes in airline fares, hotel rates, taxes or government levies. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking.
A minimum advance (typically 25–50% of package cost) is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due as specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund of the advance.
Cancellation charges apply as follows: 30+ days before departure — 20% of package cost; 15–29 days — 50%; 7–14 days — 75%; Less than 7 days — 100% (no refund). These may vary by package and third-party supplier policies.
In the unlikely event that we cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, minimum group size not met), we will offer a full refund or alternative tour of equal value.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and travel documents. SDV Tours & Travels provides guidance but is not liable for denial of entry or visa rejection.
SDV Tours & Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, accidents, injuries or damages caused by third-party service providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
