Do you offer customised tour packages?
Absolutely! Customised, personalised itineraries are our speciality. Tell us your destination, travel dates, budget and preferences — we ll craft a unique package just for you. No two trips from SDV are exactly the same.
What is included in your tour packages?
Most of our packages include accommodation, meals (as specified), local transport, guided sightseeing and transfers. International packages may also include flights. The exact inclusions vary per package and are clearly listed in your travel itinerary document.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), cash and cheques. For international packages, a booking advance is required at confirmation. Full payment schedules are communicated upfront.
What is your cancellation & refund policy?
Cancellation terms vary by package and destination. In general: cancellations 30+ days before departure receive a higher refund; cancellations within 15 days may be non-refundable. We recommend travel insurance for all our clients. Full policy details are provided with your booking confirmation.
Do you assist with visa processing?
Yes! We provide complete visa assistance including documentation guidance, form filling support and appointment help for most countries including UAE, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Europe Schengen and more. Visa fees are charged separately at actual cost.
Is travel insurance included in your packages?
Travel insurance is not automatically included but is strongly recommended. We partner with leading travel insurance providers and can arrange comprehensive coverage for medical, trip cancellation, baggage loss and more at competitive rates.
Can I travel as a solo traveller with SDV Tours?
Yes, we welcome solo travellers! We have solo-friendly packages and can arrange single-supplement accommodations. Group departures are also available for solo travellers who wish to join a group for cost savings and companionship.
