Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer charges, if any, are borne by the client.
Visa fees, travel insurance premiums, airline ticket cancellation charges, and fees charged by third-party suppliers are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timing.
